Order Processing & Dispatch
  • Online orders placed before 12pm on business days (excluding Public Holidays) will be dispatched on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and are not guaranteed.

  • Metro areas: Standard estimated delivery times apply.
  • Regional and remote areas: Delivery may take longer than metro estimates. Timeframes are a guide only and may extend beyond expected arrival dates due to third-party carriers and their delivery schedules.
  • We work with reputable freight and courier providers to ensure fast, safe delivery. Transit times are outside our control once your order has been handed to the carrier.

For some regional and remote locations, collection from the nearest freight depot may be required. If this applies, customers will be notified directly by the receiving depot.

    • Orders containing dangerous goods that exceed exempted quantities cannot be shipped via Australia Post and must be consigned through a registered Dangerous Goods carrier.
    • Consignments containing Dangerous Goods cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Mail Locker. Please provide a suitable residential or business address for delivery.
  • The delivery address provided must have safe access to the property during normal business hours to ensure a successful delivery.
  • All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL) applied.
  • Please note that if the delivery address is publicly accessible and deemed not secure to leave, the carrier may return the consignment to the depot. In such cases, redelivery or redirection fees will apply and be payable by the receiver.
    • Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.
    • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional redelivery fees, payable by the receiver.

Where available, tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Collection is available between 8.30am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. You are able to collect your order once you have received your invoice by email. Orders must be collected within 30 days. If not collected within the designated timeframe, your order will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
