Refund and Returns Policy - Fiddes Australia

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! You can return your product to our warehouse in Melbourne at your own expense and exchange for a different product or a refund to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have labels still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of opening or use.
  • Items will only be refunded or exchanged if received in original condition.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return and why. Please provide as much detail as possible.
  • If you require Fiddes Australia to organise freight this will need to be paid for by you.
  • Send items back to us
  • Note if the items are damaged during return freight and are not in a resellable condition then a refund can not be approved.
  • Once we receive the items in original condition your exchange will be sent the next business day or if requesting a refund this will occur within 48 hours of us receiving the goods.
  • Returning the item is at the expense of the customer unless notified by Fiddes Australia.
  • If you believe your order is lost or has arrived damaged please reply to the order confirmation email and include as many details as possible including photos if applicable.
  • For missing or lost orders Fiddes Australia will require 48 hours to contact the freight company to request further information.
  • Replacement orders will be despatched the next business day.
  • It is clearly stated on our website that orders are sent Authority to Leave. If you have not advised us that this is not suitable or provided clear instructions on where to leave the parcel and our freight company can provide a proof of delivery then this is not classified as a lost order.
