As a previous Floor Sander and in the timber industry for 22 years Heidi knows her stuff! She’s all points of contact for NSW and ACT and is the first to admit she is a crazy cat lady!

Bec is our hardworking warehouse assistant despatching orders and keeping our Warehouse running smoothly. She also mixes up a wicked Instagram Reel!
Emma
Emma is our Social Media Guru! Working part time she handles our Instagram and Facebook accounts and always amazes us with her speed typing!
Tracie
Tracie has a background in Sales and Account Management and guides the team through their day to day. With a passion for learning and adventure she aims to lead by example to offer excellent customer service within a fun team environment. Tracie and her partner have 2 daughters and the Fiddes mascot Pablo resides with them also. In her spare time she enjoys fitness, friendship and travel.
Melissa
As a previous Flooring Trade Professional, Mel has used the Fiddes range of products for many years and knows them like the back of her hand. As our Tech Director she looks after training, colour matching and architect support. She is a mother of two daughters and when not watching Carlton in the AFL she is working on her golf handicap.
